We ship most orders within 2 to 3 days. Should an order be returned to us after failed delivery attempts customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

International orders :

To Canada and all other countries. Packages are shipped with USPS - the United States Postal Service.

Please email before returning item. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Any missing or damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt of jewelry.

3.Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package, to indicate the type of processing. You may return or exchange any item except special ordered items or custom made items for any reason, within 7 days of your purchase. We DO NOT require an RMA number for returns or exchanges.
